Across multiple studies we found that educator well-being is associated with the emotionally intelligent behavior of their school leaders - something we’ve known intuitively, but now have the empirical evidence to demonstrate it.
Note: leaders’ EI skills mattered more in times of crisis.
The real test of emotionally intelligent leadership is when leaders use their skills when they’re needed the most.
