Is this what consumers are supposed to receive as Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil?The oil from a newly opened pack appears unusually dark and has visible particles/bubbles in it. The packaging and batch details are clearly visible in the attached photos

@FortuneFoods I have already mentioned the issue that there was some weird substance in the oil i have tried my best to capture it. It was even smelling odd.

My LPG refill shows DELIVERED (CashMemo No. 69568) but I have NOT received the cylinder.
Also, we can only book a refill after 25 days, and it has already been over a month, leaving us without gas.

Is @Hotelsheltonrjy even interested in listening to their customers?? Its disappointing that they are not even reverting!! The property is just denying money even when their policy says otherwise!!!

@Hotelsheltonrjy I had booked your hotel in Rajamundry from 4 to 6 Dec through MMT and due to flight disruptions i couldn't make it. I had informed MMT immediately at 7am in the morning on 5 dec and requested for a partial refund but the hotel has upfrontly denied the same.

According to your cancellation policy if NO SHOW I will get a partial refund by imposing a penalty. I can understand if 1 day money is deducted but why i cant get a partial refund? I called your hotel and they staff is not even aware about your cancellation policy!

@makemytripcare Attached is the cancellation policy of the hotel and they were informed as soon as we could. They are supposed to give me a partial refund which they are denying upfrontly! @Hotelsheltonrjy I am highly disappointed with the staff as they are not even aware about their own policy

@makemytripcare Thank you for helping out! But similarly I had booked hotel Shelton in Rajamundry but due to flight issues i couldn't go. I have been religiously calling MMT to help me with the refund process for the same but still I haven't received any update! Please help!

@makemytripcare @IndiGo6E @makemytripcare i have shown you the proof that I have not taken the flight. Still you guys have shown that its was NO SHOW! And I will get no refund. I want to know why? The flight was 10+ hours delayed. I am entitled for a REFUND!
