Today I am posting four videos of a brave, courageous, common Indian woman who has gone viral across India.
Why?
Because she did what most of us feel… but rarely say.
A political rally blocked the roads for hours. Commuters were stuck. Chaos everywhere. And this woman? She just wanted to pick up her child from school.
But when patience ran out, she stepped forward.
She questioned the system. She questioned politicians. She questioned the police.
And she asked the most powerful question:

“Who are you to block these roads? Just get out and clear them.”

No slogans. No politics. Just a citizen demanding accountability. We need this courage.We need more voices like hers.Because democracy doesn’t just survive on votes , it survives on citizens who dare to ask questions.

Dear Sh Brijlal Sir, you are name in UP in handling Law/Order with iron fist. You were DGP & now MP in Upper House. You also worked as IG in RPF & contributed by coordination liason with SP/DM. It’s surely matter of pride but today RPF is without any IPS/IG and RPFS officers are doing the job. True, in early years minuscule % of IPS served as Coy Cdr, Dy Comdt, Comdt in CAPFs ( because Cader was growing in rank & profile in new Org. No cader Officer was CO or DIG) therefore IPS officers worked as AC,DC,CO as their Seniors were either IPS or State Police Comdt or Army Officers. Contrary to that, CAPFs have currently 118 posts in DIG rank for IPS but approx 80 posts are unfilled. Answer lies 👉🏻Mostly DIG level Hqrs are in very difficult areas & also why a SUPERIOR DIG will work in CAPFs where 50% IsG are fm Cader ? It’s not proper for him to be posted under a Cader IG. Pl look into past ( example of BSF). Cader officers became CO or DIG very late. AC ( DE) Spclly became Comdt in 1990, DIG 1998, IG in 2003 & 1 ADG in 2009. Reg superiority, we select the BEST suited for specific jobs through comparative Exams. All candidates apply for IAS but only few get it. So number of papers can’t determine superior or inferior jobs. A warrior General saviour of the nation may not be academically as brilliant as a Scientist. So he can’t be less SUPERIOR

There is no issue with IPS getting quick time bound promotion in becoming DIG & other ranks. Their coming to CAPF against the quota fixed is one reason for stagnation in CAPF as those many posts in that rank are denied to Cadre Officers. Secondly, they get the share out of new posts created after Cadre review whereas the entire benefit of new posts should accrue to Cadre Officers.
Removing deputation system would take care of stagnation to great extent.

Sociologist Lenski called it Status Inconsistency: high power, low rank. The strain turns outward. Onto you.

A 2021 study found low power breeds paranoia — which breeds aggression. That hostile window clerk isn't a bad person. He's a predictable product of a broken system.

The Police Act of 1861 still governs how a constable meets a citizen in 2025.

When I became DGP Haryana, I didn't start with training. I started with dignity. Wrote to every jawan in Hindi: "You are the most important rank. The citizen at your gate is having a difficult day. Offer them a chair."

It worked. Because these are good people inside a broken design.

But goodwill has a shelf life.

Georgia after Rose Revolution recruited anew, raised salaries, tied promotion to conduct. Within 6 years — per Princeton's research — their police ranked 3rd most trusted institution in the country, after church and army.

The lesson isn't training. It's incentives.

Reward dignity. Recognise integrity. Link promotion to conduct.

Give them something to gain by being good. That's the reform. Everything else is noise.

Now stop manipulating your article bcz you know this CAPFs Bill was brought to protect IPS career at the cost of security. Shame

Govt through CAPFs Bill, reserved 50% & 67% posts in IG & ADG ranks against SC order. Is the judgement wrong? So this is the conflict & not IPS vs CAPFs. Min of Science & Tech and Min of Rly have no IAS officers. CAPFs wear Khaki & OG both, also camouflage to work in multiple harsh terrains. CAPFs already have DG & Spl DG in Khaki. It’s not disputed. CAPFs respect them. SC order covers DIG/IG ranks. These posts acquirvalidity to reach through ladder. It’s best route to leadership to avoid feeling of cader officers that some one took their job & of course professional embarrassment. Logic of “Coordination, Command, Steel frame or synergy“ gives more an impression that Cader officers are not competent to do it, therefore deputationists are needed in IG rank to do it. Such thoughts are bound to be encountered. Hard questions by cader Officers risen through ladder after huge work experience & expertise in their domain will be asked. Any one joining CAPFs on deputation shall definitely contribute. It’s not argued but to give reasons to join this rank for legal & strategic cover is unfair. Simply claiming it, can’t be basis of rejecting SC order. Cader IG is fit enough to give that cover after serving for decades in ops/functional roles in Org. Reg political cover, CAPFs are not to give political cover. CAPFs are unlike State Police which have to work under various Political dispensations. CAPFs work under भारत सरकार . Are CAPFs not aligned with the vision of MHA? Rather CAPFs are greater neutral Forces. Police often faces challenges of neutrality being fm State. CAPFs don’t. OGAS service is linked with 2 entitlements & regrettably Bill is passed to nullify it. What is wrong with cader aspirations? Each one of us have aspirations. Why IG posts in career ladder are not spared as per SC order? Bill has stalled career of 60 officers in IG rank with cascading effects in each rank down below. Multiple agencies are working & contributing to national security. So the arrogance of serving 1.4 million by a service is misplaced. I think contributions of CAPFs in national security architecture is “Must Visit” area for the young entrants spclly. They also serve who stand & wait. Border man is there to face the heat of borders. Police have enough challenges on streets. CAPFs are always stand to assist Police. This synergy is never diluted. Best would have been to give the OGAS linked SAG posts to cader & fin benefits instead of enlarging personal empire. True, CAPFs Officers are not able to occupy the posts of DGP Goa or any other State as it’s certainly not their domain. They don’t think in this line & never asked. Similarly IG posts be spared for Cader officers who are equipped with domain expertise and taking away 50% IG posts doesn’t go by same logic

TODAY 6th April, HALF PAGE of News Paper occupies the names of MARTYRS (CRPF-BSF) as Tribute to 75 शहीद of CRPF in Maoist ambush at Sukma,Chinta Gufa, Tadmela -2010 & five शहीद of BSF in Kashmir. ये सिर्फ काग़ज़ पर स्याही नहीं बल्कि NAXAL मातृभूमि पर ख़ून से सनी हुई उन वीरो के बलिदान की कहानी है. ज़्यादातर जवान बहुत young थे,life cut short. चले गए, ससम्मान अश्रुपूरित श्रद्धांजलि😞🙏

एक CAPF ऑफिसर की पत्नी होने के नाते मेरा ये सरकार से सवाल है की जब ड्यूटी सेना जैसी, खतरा सेना जैसा, तो सुविधाएं और पेंशन OPS में भेदभाव क्यों? OGAS का अधिकार देने में इतनी हिचकिचाहट क्यों है? @PMOIndia , रक्षकों का भविष्य असुरक्षित छोड़कर 'नए भारत' की कल्पना अधूरी है।कोर्ट के आदेशों के बाद भी फाइलों का अटकना और सुविधाओं में सेना के मुकाबले दोहरा मापदंड अपनाना हमारे ऑफिसर्स के मनोबल को तोड़ता है। कठिन क्षेत्रों में सेवा देने के बाद भी रिटायरमेंट के बाद का भविष्य धुंधला क्यों?
जब चुनाव होते हैं, तो CAPF के अधिकारियों को मोर्चे पर लगा दिया जाता है। जब दंगे या आंतरिक संकट आते हैं, तो CRPF को याद किया जाता है। लेकिन जब इन अधिकारियों के बुढ़ापे की लाठी यानी OPS और उनके करियर के हक OGAS की बात आती है, तो सरकार को "बजट" की चिंता सताने लगती है।
एक नेता के लिए एक दिन की कुर्सी पर भी पेंशन पक्की है, पर 30 साल देश को देने वाले ऑफिसर के लिए सिर्फ आश्वासन? यह अन्याय कब तक चलेगा? #JusticeForParamilitary

प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं 38 वर्ष की सेवा अनुभव के बाद सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी होने के नाते केन्द्रीय सुरक्ष बलों में नेतृत्व के संबंध में अपने विचार रखना चाहता हूं। सीमा सुरक्षा बल जैसी फोर्स की बनावट,प्रशिक्षण और हथियार और साजो सामान आदि शांति और युद्ध के समय आवश्यकता के अनुसार की गई है।
शांति के समय में भी कई वाहिनियां सेना के साथ जम्मू-कश्मीर में एलसी पर तैनात रहती हैं। युद्ध के समय भूमिका के लिए वाहिनियों को लगातार प्रशिक्षण चलता रहता है जिसमें अधिकारी वैपन, कमांडो, जूनियर व सिनीयर कमांड तथा स्टाफ कोर्स कर हर स्तर की जानकारी प्राप्त करते हैं।
इन बलों में कंपनी व यूनिट की कमान एक अति आवश्यक हिस्सा है जिससे अधिकारी और जवान के बीच जमीनी स्तर से सीधा जुड़ाव स्थापित होता है जो हमेशा बना रहता है। कंपनी कमांडर अपने अधीन सभी जवानों की पूरी जानकारी रखता है, वह एक दूसरे के लिए अंजान नहीं रहते।
ऐसी बल में क्षेत्रीय मुख्यालय से लेकर बल की कमान ऐसे अधिकारियों को सौंपना जिन्हें इस बल को बारे में केवल कुछ ब्रिफिंग द्वारा हासिल जानकारी रखते हैं।
सीमा सुरक्षा बल में प्रबंधन से कहीं अधिक कमान के अनुभव की आवश्यकता होती है। पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों में सबसे बड़ा यही अंतर है।
केंद्रिय बलों का नेतृत्व वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों के हाथों में देने के पैरोकार अपने निजी हितों को आगे रखते अन्य महत्वपूर्ण की अनदेखी करते आए हैं। शुरू में पुलिस नेतृत्व आवश्यकता थी लेकिन अब इन बलों में परिपक्व व अनुभवी अधिकारियों की कमी नहीं है।
भारतीय कोस्ट गार्डस की कमान भी कुछ वर्षों बाद भारतीय नौसेना से लेकर कोस्ट गार्ड को दे दी गई थी जिसे काडर अधिकारी बखूबी निभा रहे हैं।
सभी केन्द्रीय सुरक्षा बलों पर नियंत्रण रखने वाला पुलिस नेतृत्व सरकार को भला अपने हितों के विरुद्ध सलाह क्यों कर देगा? प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आए इन अधिकारियों का इन बलों की न कोई जानकारी होती है और न ही लगाव।
समय है अन्य बलों का नेतृत्व भी एक एक करके उनके काडर अधिकारियों को सौंपने पर विचार किया जाए और इसकी शुरुआत @BSF_India से की जा सकती है।
मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है इन बलों को दूसरी सर्विस के हाथों आउटसोर्स न करें। बलों के सक्षम अधिकारियों को इन्हें लीड करने का अवसर प्रदान करें।
आपसे इस संबंध में पुनर्विचार करने का अनुरोध है।

CAPFs Bill. by(Passing) न्याय given by Hon’ble SC to CAPFs. Changing legal regime through Bill doesn’t mean CAPF कैडर का stand सही नहीं था. सरकार ने तो अर्धशताब्दी के अन्याय को ठीक करने का मौका खो दिया. इस bill से जिनका ❤️ ख़ुश है उनके लिए,” जीते हुए लम्हों की कसक साथ तो होगी”

हमारी माँग है कि Central Armed Police Forces (General Administration) Bill, 2026 को detailed scrutiny के लिए Select Committee को भेज देना चाहिए।

हमारे जाँबाज़ CAPF Personnel के हक़ में हम ये बात कह रहें हैं।

मैं इन कारणों पर इस विधेयक का विरोध करता हूँ:

1. Deputation का Institutionalisation

वरिष्ठ पदों जैसे IG, ADG तथा विशेष रूप से SDG और DG स्तर पर निश्चित प्रतिनियुक्ति कोटा निर्धारित करके, यह विधेयक deputation/ प्रतिनियुक्ति को स्थायी बना देता है। इससे CAPF कैडर अधिकारियों के लिए नेतृत्व के अवसर सीमित होते हैं और एक असमान service structure को मजबूती मिलती है।

2. करियर प्रगति और मनोबल पर उलटा प्रभाव

यह कठोर deputation framework, प्रमोशन के अवसरों को सीमित करता है और CAPF अधिकारियों के करियर में stagnation को बढ़ावा देता है, जिससे उन armed forces के मनोबल पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ सकता है जो देश में आंतरिक सुरक्षा बनाए रखने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।

3. Consultation और representation का अभाव

यह विधेयक CAPF के लोगों से पर्याप्त consultation के बिना तैयार किया गया है और न ही उन्हें policy-making या cadre management में सार्थक भूमिका प्रदान करता है, जबकि इसके प्रावधानों से वे सीधे प्रभावित होते हैं।

4.Spirit of Judicial Directions की भावना का उल्लंघन

यह विधेयक Sanjay Prakash vs Union of India में Supreme Court of India द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों के विपरीत है, जिसमें CAPF अधिकारियों को Organised Group A Services के रूप में मान्यता दी गई थी और deputation को कम करने का निर्देश दिया गया था। इन निर्देशों को लागू करने के बजाय, यह विधेयक Supreme Court के निर्देशों को प्रभावी रूप से कमजोर करता है।

Still amused how come PM/HM could be trapped to think of bringing a Bill against their Own Forces?
Someone close to them have misled/cheated them. Most likely must be some IPS officer(s) having ears of HM/PM.
It's almost a National Embarrassment caused to Govt by stupid advisors.

सीमा सुरक्षा बल के प्रति जीवन पर्यन्त निष्ठावान रहने वाला होने के नाते मैंने निर्णय लिया है यदि स्थापना दिवस समारोह निर्धारित दिवस के अलावा सुविधानुसार किसी और दिन मनाया जाएगा तो मैं उसमें शामिल नहीं होऊंगा।
इसी प्रकार मैंने मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा पुलिस मैमोरियल पर स्वयं सलामी लेने की प्रथा को शहीदों के प्रति असम्मान मानते हुए 21 अक्टूबर को शामिल होना छोड़ दिया है। स्मारक पर केवल शहीदों को सम्मान श्रृद्धांजलि दी जाती है, मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा अपना स्वागत नहीं करवाया जाता। आयोजक मुख्य अतिथि को यह बात समझाने में असमर्थ लगते हैं।
यदि शक है तो रक्षा मंत्रालय से राष्ट्रीय स्तर स्मारक पर होने वाली ड्रिल पर परामर्श लें सकते हैं!
वहां प्रधानमंत्री या सेना अध्यक्ष स्मारक पर पहुंच कर श्रद्धांजलि देते है, स्वयं सलामी नहीं लेते!
