I fully support the demands of the IBPS and SBI exam aspirants for transparency in bank exams.

#IBPS are conducting exams without any transparency, wherein no answer key is provided, and raw scores and the normalisation formula are not disclosed. Moreover, widening gap between advertised vacancies and final recruitment is very serious.

IBPS cannot play with the future of the aspirants. When SSC, UPSC, Railway exams can be publish raw scores and answer keys, why IBPS cannot?

IBPS must release the raw scores and answer keys. It has been one of the relatively transparent exams by Indian standards but now its reputation is at stake. It should come clean on Normalisation.
