@JonHaidt@khanacademy There’s also powerful diminishing returns in gamified education. Works great for a bit, then the dopamine hits get smaller and smaller. As a small, rare review activity, it can work well. As regular feature? Nope.

@johngoldman You’ll be perfectly fine, probably. I did a cut of about 1800-2000 calories per day while running 90 miles a week for three months…no adverse effects that I noticed at all really, aside from rapid dropping of pounds.
@MrDanielBuck Right. We will fall for AI the same as we fell for 1:1 chromebooks and countless other schemes to get private hands in public pockets, and the best we can hope for is it does little harm…though that’s quite the long shot.
