@CSI_Starbase@DrChrisCombs Agreed. Some people act like we didn’t watch a dozen F9’s go boom before we got it working. They’ll get Starship running. Just going to take a few more tests. Even if we don’t fully get booster and Starship return to pad figured out, we could still do Artemis with it.
@DrChrisCombs Nah we are doing it big this time. Laying the technological groundwork for the big leap to Mars. Once we get Starship up and running we get cargo lift capacity to build bases not just got there in a LEM for a couple days.
People are ignorant for hating on Boeing. We should be rooting for every space company to succeed. It’s a friendly competition, but at the end of the day multiple companies mean more innovation, lower costs, and more access to space.
@SpaceBrendan I’ve seen a couple reports of multiple thruster failures on Starliner. 😬 not good. Can you confirm? What do we think this means for passing certification? Poor Starliner can’t catch a break 😞
@WillieHandler Thanks for the inspired words. Had to put the writing dream on hold for a while until life settles down, but I’m still just as determined to do it some day. You’re my inspiration!
@Killer_V@HelltownBeer I have to agree. Been an Orlando City fan since they were in USL. I feel like we turn over our entire squad every year. The stars get scooped to Europe and we get the ones too old for Europe. Hard to stay invested w/ no long term relationship to the players.
@SpaceBrendan Don’t dare us! We’ll have like 3 Falcon 9 boosters, the one assembled SLS and Starship prototype strapped to the ISS with duct tape and bungie cords by next month! 😂
Guys calm down, stop freaking out, it's just a bunch of actuators and motors with rubber stretched over them to simulate facial movement. It's all preprogrammed. It's just for research.
