@AmericanAir just curious how many terminals I have to go in DFW before you stop delaying my flight. I’ve hit 75% of the airport. I haven’t gone to the international terminal yet. Should I head there next?
@AmericanAir I’m just curious…at what point in the flight do you do food service? I’m an hour into this flight and have yet to even see a flight attendant. Not one announcement from the Captain that service was suspended.

My last flight had no working power outlet or WiFi. This flight, which was already delayed, the WiFi barely works. Do you have any effort at all to be good or is it just dragging people over the coals because you can?

I don’t understand how Charlotte Douglas ground control can be so terrible at their jobs every time I land. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Stuck on a tarmac after landing AGAIN. I hate this airport so much.
