I actually think one of the worst effects of the Woke era is that people became desensitized to being called "racist" and just stopped caring. This opened the door for actual virulent racists to gain traction both culturally and politically.

@earlofwallst @JGreenbergSez That’s what I was getting at. I’m not Orthodox (nor would they ever take me given I’m a married gay dad) so I don’t particularly care if Orthodoxy thinks Reform and Conservative conversions are valid - I was just interested in the “dissident Reform” aspect of this.

Ex. My Reform shul has two classes you have to take, multiple meetings with clergy, and it’s about a year long process. Would something like that satisfy, or are we looking for more?
