@statedeptspox@StateDept We submitted Attorney Chand Parvathaneni’s case to @StateDept in January 2026. An extreme deep dive 100+ page report backed by detailed legal, statistical, and technical analysis and breakdown. ZERO action taken against him and his 22,000+ H-1B applications and 750+ IT companies.
@KyleLuebkeCLT@EvanSchultheis@CAS_CPA Sufficient fare enforcement wont happen because it would require arrest disproportionately minorities. Tickets/fines do nothing (to vagrants).
@CAS_CPA A few thoughts:
1. HOV use of the toll lanes by suburban families (free) is a boon
2. The $300 million is being framed as a bribe to black comms. WTF
3. Public transport is a no-go due to crime/safety
4. More lanes drives sprawl -- ppl trying to escape #3
NEW: I’ve obtained a note to the Black Political Caucus from its former chair Colette Forrest on why the BPC should fully back embattled CMS School Board Chair Stephanie Sneed. In the scathing message, Forrest leaves no doubt why she thinks the BPC should back Sneed: because she’s black. She goes after other black CMS board members for not supporting Sneed.
Forrest said “As a Black Elected, you do not publicly swipe at a fellow Black Elected. As a Black Elected, you know how hard it is to elect Blacks to public office, shame on you.”
For context and accuracy to her statement, it should be noted that every leadership position in CLT is held by a black person. Some were appointed, most were elected.

When ActBlue's own legal counsel Zain Ahmad tried to report this, IT deleted his messages in real time.
This one says "Please stop deleting my requests. You are violating the laws and policies of our company." Deleted 5 seconds later.
@contramordor Notice how the foreigners always adopt our sports as their identity to LARP as Americans.
No humility or appreciation towards those who have been here centuries.
So apparently the American economy is:
>If you are a white man, you are endlessly lectured about hard work, but regardless of how hard you work, you won't be hired or promoted by Boomers under their DEI rules.
>If you are an illegal immigrant who arrived yesterday, you will be given $40k-$80k in welfare and cash benefits, while making another $20k-40k in illegal cash labor under the table which if a white man tried to do it, he would be arrested, but police, prosecutors, and regulators exercise selective enforcement of the law to ignore.
>If you are a woman, gay, or nonwhite, you are given a high-status fake email job where you don't need to do anything difficult and you can brag about how you worked sooooo hard and won based on the pure merit of being Elite Human Capital.
Nobody is doing anything real, and we're punishing anyone who attempts to do anything real.
And we're covering this with the Boomer inertia of Boomers who haven't retired yet, a small handful of white men who do blue-collar jobs to run core infrastructure and farms, $40 trillion in debt, running a trillion annual trade deficit deindustrializing the country, and ZIRP interest rates allowing companies to borrow billions of dollars in free loans at zero interest to make everything pretend to be functional.
Parasites, all the way down.
I don't think people really understand the fight between Paul Graham and Palmer Luckey which played out this week. To the general public, from a casual perspective, it seemed like two rich guys getting in a heated, impulsive debate on Twitter, dragging out for days.
It's not.
Paul is worth ~$2.5 billion. Palmer is worth ~$5 billion. Nothing these guys do is impulsive. They've been sitting on this for years. They were arguing in private for months, maybe years, before Palmer decided this week was the correct window of opportunity to make a public attack.
Paul Graham is one of the intellectual fulcrum points of Silicon Valley. He funds everyone. He sets the tone. He shapes the agenda. Entry-level professionals mimic his style, his worldview, his mannerisms, the way Paul talks. Everyone parrots his beliefs and policies and essays, as chameleon strivers who are trying to get ahead and climb the social ladder.
All of Silicon Valley revolves around a handful of key figures, and Paul Graham was (perceived as) one of the intellectual titans who the entire industry orbited as sycophants.
Palmer challenged all that.
Paul is an elite, Palmer is an elite, and Palmer Luckey chose to publicly challenge the status quo; the elite consensus; the perceived legitimacy of incumbent elits and their institutions.
And he did this for a reason: Palmer is aiming to take the role of Paul Graham, of being the new intellectual godfather of Silicon Valley, based around a new set of ideas: reindustrialization, patriotism, protectionism... rather than America as a deracinated cosmopolitan economic zone to be strip-mined by Third World foreigners.
It's much bigger than a Twitter argument. Palmer was publicly demonstrating that the Emperor had no clothes, and that he was strong enough to MOG Paul Graham and get away with it, while other Silicon Valley tech workers would be terrified of making an enemy who could suffocate future business ventures and block potential funding.
Palmer Luckey is the face of a new military-industrialist consensus which is seeking to hire American workers for American jobs, to build factories and weapons at home, to remilitarize and reindustrialize, to get away from asset inflation and FIRE (finance, insurance, real estate) as a sterile, parasitic rent-seeking economic system.
That's the subtext for all of this. It's a public signal of a rising counterelite challenging a stagnant, ossified status quo which can no longer justify or defend their own claim to power.
ERNST & YOUNG IS GASLIGHTING AMERICANS
EY's U.S. firm will spend $100 million rewarding employees for human skills like adaptability and judgment.
Meanwhile, from October 2025 through June 2026, EY certified 5,294 H-1B positions with the Labor Department carrying $860 million in annual salaries.
THAT IS ONLY THE PAST 9 MONTHS OF REPORTED DATA.
That is 8.6 times the entire rewards pool. 1,359 of those positions were new hires or transfers in, worth $175 million on their own.
The median salary on an EY H-1B filing this year is $155,468. Spot awards under the new program top out at $500, and the largest awards at $25,000.
