They are upset as they should be. Deregulation must occur because it’s ridiculous. They raise, breed, feed and milk the cow. It’s fresh whole milk. People know the risks. It’s how it is on the farm. No Pasteurization is needed for fresh milk. Lord are people so dumb that they don’t understand that pasteurization only occurs because the milk is shipped to grocery stores. Drinking it right from the cow doesn’t need it. It’s an insane application of red tape! Abouttime.

2023 a lot of things converged. Been on self-improvement since 2008. Failed at keto 3x over 10 years. Always fast, fast, injury.

Went slow, slow, continue. 1% changes each day. Went from obese BMI to healthy BMI in 4 months. The kicker: it felt easy!
