@tr6_guy The game being real doesn’t make the AI image real, Sherlock. That was my point. If the footage supports your claim, why dress it up with a fabricated image?
@UnFatDavid@BoswellDoug Started but as soon as he realized he stood up. Video pans away from him though. I absolutely saw him stand but it was definitely delayed. Here’s how close I was.
@UnFatDavid@BoswellDoug He was in the box for period 1 and then moved to the seats for 2 & 3. This whole video going around is sad as he did eventually stand up. It was intermission and he was sitting in a conversation with a Canadian. There were already so many people standing around him before it…
@SeeClickFlash@CBCNews@CanadianPress@globalnews@CTVNews@globeandmail@TorontoStar@CP24 He did stand but this video pans away as soon as he does. He was listening to a Canadian sitting beside him during intermission. He stood once he noticed the tribute. A delay in noticing doesn’t establish deliberate disrespect. I’d apply that same standard to any politician.
@kennytheoldguy@mapleblooded I was sitting close enough to see him. Unfortunately I wasn’t filming as that wouldn’t have been very ‘Canadian’ of me during a tribute but this video shows my distance to him.
@kennytheoldguy@mapleblooded Because it’s not the full truth. He was listening to a Canadian sitting beside him during intermission. He stood once he noticed the tribute. A delay in noticing doesn’t establish deliberate disrespect. I’d apply that same standard to any politician.
@AvgYEG@LanceNadeau3 Once he noticed, he stood. There were so many people surrounding him and often times at hockey games there are t shirt tosses and other reasons for people to be standing. This wasn’t the gotcha moment you all want it to be. The video clearly pans away from him at the perfect time
@AvgYEG@LanceNadeau3 He was actually sitting in the crowd, I was there. Here is my video. However when it comes to the tribute, he was listening to a Canadian sitting beside him during the intermission. He stood once he noticed the tribute. A delay in noticing doesn’t establish deliberate disrespect.
@KateRapley410 He was listening to a Canadian sitting beside him during intermission. People stand for all sorts of reasons at a hockey game. He stood once he noticed the tribute. A delay in noticing doesn’t establish deliberate disrespect. I’d apply that same standard to any politician.
