@RussellShaw_MLS@MarkBski Russ, read the tweet that I replied to, if you think that wasn’t out of line , and mine was, then I am sorry to all involved.
@johnwosborn@MarkBski@bakrantz So your obese. And so is Mark according to BMI. That was my entire point. Oh, and I can’t squat at all after 4 knee surgeries, but good for you 👍
@CLAU5EN@bakrantz@MarkBski@drterrysimpson Ok. And? I am not on here to make friends. I am here to Un Fat Myself. And I assure you, Mark, and this guy are not useful in that regard in any way shape or form. So this is just fun.
@bakrantz@MarkBski@drterrysimpson Making stuff up worked well for Religion, but that’s another topic. Perhaps spend your time on X not calling people “physician losers” Not a good or professional look for an “Associate Professor”
@bakrantz@MarkBski@drterrysimpson The only thing manufactured here is your interpretation of Marks weight. My nutrition is on point. Down 30lbs and doing it slow and steady. I listen to smarter people than me on nutrition advice and you and Mark are not in that category.
@bakrantz@MarkBski@drterrysimpson Mark said he wouldn’t have gotten fat if he knew more. You called me out for my comment, and yet nada when Mark posted. You agreed basically with the overall statement. Had steak for dinner last night. But unlike Mark, I eat carbs and will lose all my weight.
@theproof I take the lowest dose of saxenda every night. Anything higher and the nausea is too much. This dose dulls the food noise enough to keep me on track mostly
@tylerblack32 As a guy who is bipolar, I am also interested in the keto diet as a supplement to my medication to help me. The research from Dr Palmer suggests there is something to it for some people, so worth exploring more.
@PenelopeFigtree@pricechekaisle5@matthewbaszucki His original post makes no mention of involving a dr in the process, hence my concern. But if you and a dr agree it’s best, than I hope it goes well for them.
