@Drlyndonmason@traumaticum@orthotraumamd@InvictaOrtho Thank you for sharing this great article. Ankle arthroscopy at the time of Ankle ORIF is another great tool to evaluate for post Tib entrapment. I've seen it several times entrapped in the medial gutter that would've prevented reduction.
Great work & best of luck at AOFAS
@AineYoreMD Will usually offer, as goal is to hopefully decrease the cytokine and pro-inflammatory cellular load in the post traumatic joint and possibly diminish the risk of future of post-traumatic OA.
Sam Adams @DukeOrtho has shown this in multiple well done studies
We're thrilled to welcome Eric Ferkel, MD to next week's ISMF Conference! Dr. Ferkel will be moderating Simon Goertz, MD's live surgical demonstration. He will also be participating in our hands-on lab.

@bbiebelberg Calzuros! The best. Been operating and standing in the hospital in them for 15 years and great for your back as well.

With football preseason underway, you may be hearing more about syndesmotic injuries, often called "high ankle sprains." What is a high ankle sprain and how do foot & ankle orthopaedic surgeons treat them? Learn more on #FootCareMD: https://t.co/7BIhHK59CE #FridayFootFact
@AnkleFootMotion@FootAndAnkleMD I would propose that that we should be scoping all of our ligament reconstruction cases, as those that aren't scoping their ankles may be missing relevant pathology. This has seen on multiple previous studies, in addition to the one quoted here.
