@Delta been at 4 airports in two weeks and every time your counters are severely understaffed. You’ve become the slowest service in the airport

I know I’m not in here much. I’m now gonna fully ignore this place. So message me other ways if you need. #thanksforthefish

I recently came across data on who we spend our time with over the course of our lives.

The insights are simultaneously inspiring and depressing.

Here are 6 graphs everyone needs to see:

@swftjack Wow. Thank you Matt. I don’t even know what to say but to say thank you. Working with you and getting to know you has been equally amazing. Incredibly excited to see what we can make in the future.

[Lawrence Altaffer he/him @LAltaffer]

@tranhelen Can’t one do both?

[Lawrence Altaffer he/him @LAltaffer]

@swftjack Know that it was what I heard over and over when I joined. Your talent is extremely high.

But what has always impressed me more is your resiliency. And your ability to see the silver lining.

You’ll go on to do great things.

So..I'm in search of a new Primary bank. @USAA gives me no reason to stay. Products are competitive. Customer service has fallen so far. And their web and app experiences are years behind other banks.

Anyone got banking experiences they love? #onlinebanking

[Lawrence Altaffer he/him @LAltaffer]

@USAA_help Don't bother. I've already had it confirmed that @USAA knowingly deleted everyone's history and settings because it was too costly for them to do the right thing and migrate the customer data over.

1 more reason to leave @USAA even after 2 decades of being a customer

[Lawrence Altaffer he/him @LAltaffer]

@USAA_help @USAA with your recent banking app update you have deleted years worth of setup scheduled transactions..

A feature I used to track most of my finances, when it came to my primary checking account now wiped entirely clean..
