@DavidDavisMP No line drawn if you have pre 2010 enquires open despite morse reviewing saying law was unclear at the time. More years of uncertainty and stress. Review was a joke.
@jamesmurray_ldn Well the scope of the review has been limited to how can hmrc find new ways to extract money from LC victims. Pre DR years and HMRCs use of s684 out of scope, which is against outcome of the last LC review.
@UPS_UK Will be a frustrating Christmas for me, pondering where my well overdue delivery from ups is. Day 11 now since delivery was due, many phone calls later, promises of callbacks that never come, ups tracking info that is simply random misinformation. Lesson learnt, avoid ups.
@AkashMalhotra1@lenovo_UKI@UPS@UPS_UK Hey @UPS_UK and @lenovo_UKI Exactly same issue. Order been with UPS in local depot for over 10 days, each day I get email saying delivery next day, no delivery yet. Wasted hours on phone with UPS chasing up, always told someone will ring back but never do. Fed with the BS.
@AzureSupport I used a VPN on my dev machine to connect outside of UK and can then access azure portal. Temp solution if you need immediate access. I raised ticket with MS, acknowledge there's an issue for UK access and since updated the status page.
@HMRCpressoffice@gurpreetnarwan When it comes to pay taxable under PAYE, the PAYE regulations ensure that it is the employer who is responsible for the tax and it is the employer to whom HMRC should go if tax is underpaid.
Some of your colleagues might recall that I was on the Revenue team that wrote the regs.
1/4 Would someone from @LCAG_2019 care to explain the contents of the latest LCAG member newsletter? It says "...It is in the interest of the LCAG that Hoey is appealed..".But it also says "..Although we are not recommending that you contribute towards an appeal at this stage."🤷♂️
