@AzureSupport I used a VPN on my dev machine to connect outside of UK and can then access azure portal. Temp solution if you need immediate access. I raised ticket with MS, acknowledge there's an issue for UK access and since updated the status page.

@HMRCpressoffice @gurpreetnarwan When it comes to pay taxable under PAYE, the PAYE regulations ensure that it is the employer who is responsible for the tax and it is the employer to whom HMRC should go if tax is underpaid.
Some of your colleagues might recall that I was on the Revenue team that wrote the regs.
