Proud of my colleague who saved a patient with a stab 💔 at a district hospital. District hospitals in SA are usually not able to perform complex surgery in theatre. Could have been a tragic loss of life. The hospital posted this public memo.

@emlitofnote Great screening tool. Any stable patient on spine board or scoop gets LODOXed in our shop. Has also helped us pick up weapons (guns/knives) on some patients.
