🚨🚨🚨 BREAKING: STATEMENT BY UKRAINIAN MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT OLEKSANDR DUBINSKY REGARDING ONGOING THREATS TO HIS LIFE The man calling himself the President of Ukraine, Zelensky, continues attempts to destroy me not only politically but physically as well. His hatred dates back to 2019, when Zelensky and his right-hand aide Andriy Yermak, guided by personal interests, organized cooperation with former Ukrainian People’s Deputy A. Derkach. Within this cooperation, the corrupt Mindich office (golden toilet scandal) was created to loot Energoatom state company, and Derkach was provided with recordings of the Biden-Poroshenko phone conversations. Zelensky and Yermak personally asked me to participate in a series of Derkach’s public events (I took part in one press conference presenting information from the official text of the Prosecutor General’s Office notice of suspicion against Burisma owner Zlochevsky). In May 2023, I testified as a witness at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in the Derkach probe. In my testimony, I detailed the cooperation between Zelensky and Derkach known to me. This undermined the narrative that Russia, through Derkach, interfered in the 2020 U.S. elections by publishing the Biden-Poroshenko recordings and facts about Biden corruption in Burisma. If this occurred, it was carried out by Zelensky and Yermak. At the same time, in 2019 they presented their cooperation with Derkach to me as a way to hold former President Poroshenko accountable, requesting my assistance since I had investigated Poroshenko’s corruption for many years as a journalist before becoming a Member of Parliament. After my NABU testimony became known to Zelensky -who in 2023 was actively promoting the false narrative of Russian interference in the 2020 U.S. elections - he launched a large-scale political and media campaign to discredit me, weaponizing law enforcement and controlled courts and judges to imprison me. One key executor of this campaign is State Bureau of Investigations Director Oleksii Sukhachev, closely connected to the money-laundering Mindich's office that operated in Zelensky’s interests from 2020 to 2025. Unable to prove my involvement with Derkach or any work on behalf of Russia, and seeking to whitewash himself while discrediting my NABU testimony, Zelensky ordered attempts to extract a confession from me of working for the Russia through torture - and after that failed, to kill me, as happened with Gonzalo Lira. I survived thanks to God’s grace, the coordinated work of my team, colleague @Dmytruk__Artem and my publicity. The 2025 exposure of the Mindich corrupt office scheme, which laundered money through Russian criminal groups’ consigliere Aivar Omson, once again made eliminating all witnesses to Zelensky’s work with Derkach and Russian intelligence representatives a priority for him. For this purpose, Zelensky ordered the elimination of Russian GRU First Deputy Head Alekseyev in Moscow. Alekseyev is one of the accused in the Derkach case regarding Russian interference in the 2020 U.S. elections, pursued in Ukraine on Zelensky’s orders. Alekseyev’s superior - GRU Head Kostyukov - is one of the leaders of the Russian negotiating group with the United States on Ukraine. Before the attempt on Alekseyev, Zelensky reported approving “special operations in the enemy’s rear” to Security Service First Deputy Head Oleksandr Poklad. This name appears in the case concerning the killing of Denys Kireyev, a member of the first Ukrainian negotiation group with Russia. On February 10, 2026, Zelensky publicly stated he had assigned new “special operations” to Poklad, and on February 17, 2026, Ukrainian media reported that the Security Service of Ukraine was again preparing an attempt on my life. I emphasize that my active and public position in court and my testimony to NABU are today the only obstacle preventing Zelensky from finalizing the legalization of the fake narrative of so-called Russian interference in the U.S. elections ahead of the congressional midterms, as well as whitewashing the Bidens’ involvement in Ukrainian corruption. My testimony also points to Zelensky’s cooperation with Derkach since 2019.
