@HowellsDan@the_hough I personally wouldn’t use power to reference or define on field/court training as I think it’s to far removed from what is being delivered.
@HowellsDan@the_hough On the flip let’s say I have a repeat power average score of 400w you could programme to hit above that for less repeat effort or below that for more depending on the adaptation and method you want.
@HowellsDan@the_hough Training can be either in relation to the test you have conducted right.
Say I have a power endurance score of 250w in 12 minute test. I could train above that for less time. Or below that for longer time depending on the adaptation I am looking to achieve.
@the_hough@HowellsDan Different between powered endurance. And repeat power ability. One is what can you maintain in a singular prolonged effort and the other is how long can go repeating efforts without drop off with a defined rest in between. But that’s just my opinion.
We created ForceDecks Vision to make communicating force plate data and results to your patients easier than ever before.
By showing patients how their movement generates these results, practitioners can better communicate what changes need to be made to deliver better outcomes.

@coachblueprint1@HowellsDan @PeteOlusoga Mine was an occasion where we were forced to player 2 games 12 hours apart. lost one in extra time and won the second. for me it was the collaboration with coach in the build up and the attitude and resilience of the players that was a result of the work we had done that season
@DrNickCC Good thread Nick and PDF. Still surprises me how many practitioners don’t understand or consider the differences. Even strength and conditioning coaches.

@HowellsDan@Dylan_OKS@coachblueprint1@GaryHuttSC@adamforrest1 10+ hours in a car a week does a good job at creating space to think and reflect. Once drove for 2 hours before realising the radio wasn’t even on. I also have formal processes in place external and internal to work. Plus then I have friends and colleagues to ask opinions
