@bobliu1123 Aspergillus flavus, note the “five o’clock shadow” (little hairs) on the stipe. Aspergillus spp are are emerging causes of onychomycosis.

If you want lab support why don’t you just send test to labs across the country to try?

@KrutikaKuppalli @DienBard @RRChamberland Lots of reasons for under reporting: people travel, don’t want out of network test cost, black Friday shopping, Doc office closed. Blaming labs without naming or specifying a single lab 🤨? Do we ever wait 4 days to culture blood? We run 24/7, misinformation is dangerous.
