Still needing to hear definitive news but rumor in the market is that the ITC has REJECTED CF's bid to place counter vailing/anti-dumping duty rates on Trinidad/Russian produced UAN.

If true, expect to see UAN more in line with urea price ideas on a price per pound of actual N.

Russia - anywhere from 9 - 127% (not a typo)
Trinidad - 63%

This is big. This disrupts trade flows globally. Russia/Trinidad account for 80% of normal U.S. imports.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but lower US nat gas prices does not mean lower prices for nitrogen ferts. Just more profit for domestic producers while nat gas in europe does the exact opposite by firming to above $30 mmbtu and increasing europes cost to produce N.
