When you spend hundreds of pounds on tickets and schedule a park day after the published refurbishment timetable it’s not unreasonable to expect the ride to be operating. The team members at the attraction have just said it’s not yet ready

@dontpanic_la @UniversalORL Not a great day for ride availability. It’s the last day of our 2 week trip. We waited until today as Forbidden Journey is meant to be reopen but isn’t. Gringotts has also been down all day and so is Velocicoaster right now. Not a good day for ride availability at all.

@British_Airways Hard to use another device when away from home. I tried again. Website says must be reported within a week. First page has tick box to “report missing or damaged”, next page only asks about missing bags. Proceed anyway and says it’s too late as needs to be within 72hrs.

@British_Airways arrived at TPA on Saturday with a wheel sheared off one of our cases. The wheel then followed on the baggage belt, so likely happened at TPA itself. Tried using the online form but it doesn’t seem to work properly on my phone.

@AmazonHelp ordered some Duracell batteries. They have arrived today and I believe them to be counterfeit and do not match the desvription. I am about to go away and should not have to go to efforts to take these somewhere for a return when they are fake. Please advise.

@FlyTPA I’ve seen some news stories suggesting MCO may have to suspend flights due to govt shutdown. We’re due to fly to TPA next week from the UK. Is there a risk or are you expecting to operate normally?

@NationalHways if the M5 is closed from 8, it should flow freely until 8! Took over 20min to reach J28 from 3miles out due to tailbacks and congestion from lanes being closed before 8, only for cars to still be able to skirt around the cones at the junction to keep going south.
