- Vowed to continue the offensive “without reservation and without respite.”

🚨BREAKING: Unofficial estimates indicate that about 750 Israelis are still missing - Jerusalem Post
A senior Hamas leader has said that the group had captured enough Israeli soldiers to be able to free ALL Palestinian prisoners in any prisoner exchange.
The total number of Israelis captured by Hamas was "several times greater" than dozens - A spokesperson for the armed wing of Hamas.
This will be BY FAR the largest number of Israeli prisoners captured by Hamas IN HISTORY.
Here is a list of recent prisoner exchanges between Hamas and Israel:
1996: Israel releases 1,050 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for two Israeli soldiers captured by Hamas.
2004: Israel releases 400 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for an Israeli soldier captured by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
2011: Hamas releases Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit in exchange for 1,027 Palestinian prisoners.
Based on these numbers, Hamas should be able to release the largest number of prisoners from Israel if a prisoner swap takes place.

🚨BREAKING: LEBANON ISRAELI ROCKETS AND ARTILLERY
- The Times of Israel is reporting the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) has carried out artillery strikes in Lebanon after mortar shells were fired towards Israeli territory:
“The IDF has been taking preparational measures for this type of possibility and will continue to operate in all regions and at any time necessary to ensure the safety of the Israeli civilians.”
- The IDF believes that the Rockets and Mortars launched towards the Mount Dov Area from Southern Lebanon this morning were attempting to Destroy a Long-Range Radar Installation on the Mountain which can be used to Detect and Track Missiles coming from Lebanon and Syria.
- It is unclear whether Hezbollah is behind this (SERIOUS AND MAJOR ESCALATION), or whether this is by independent Palestinian groups in Lebanon (Unlikely to drag Lebanon into the war)
- Journalist @HadiNasrallah from South Lebanon: "I have the feeling Hezbollah is involved even if the Palestinians claim responsibility". We have asked Hadi to send us more information on why he has a feeling Hezbollah is involved in this attack, as he was vocal in our space about Hezbollah's lack of involvement to date.
MY THOUGHTS:
Simple: I really hope Hezbollah is NOT involved, the last thing we want now is to drag another country into this war. Hadi's comments really got me worried, and I hope his feelings are wrong.
I will keep updating you all on this matter and we will start a space if Hezbollah is involved.

Life is always about chasing a phantom very non existent and extremely utopian that is why many people conjure it as a dream when in real sense many do not know what they want people are just existing;we want adventure like gladiator wars, conquering nations
Tanzanian Woman Found Dead in Kileleshwa After Night of Drinks and Partying With Friends
Police in Nairobi are currently investigating the death of a 28-year-old Tanzanian woman, Janet Aziza, whose lifeless body was discovered in her Kileleshwa residence.
Her roommate informed authorities that they had been enjoying drinks with friends on Tuesday night before retiring for the evening.
Some additional friends had joined them at their house before they eventually went to bed.
Aziza had retired to her room alone.
On the morning of October 4, Aziza failed to awaken when her Tanzanian roommate attempted to rouse her.
Emergency services were summoned to the scene, and medical professionals confirmed that she had passed away earlier.
The police were called to the residence and subsequently initiated an investigation to determine if foul play was involved.
The cause of death remains undetermined, and her body has been transferred to the mortuary pending an autopsy.
As part of their investigation into the death, the police collected some of the drinks that were consumed by the group.
A team of detectives visited the scene on Thursday, conducting further examinations as the inquiry progressed.
They stated that they would have more information and a clearer direction after the autopsy.

I suppose health care practitioners, & doctors in particular, need to be careful about social media, use it purely for health promotion. My opinion is that such emotive topics should be carefully canvassed by professional societies. cc @KenyaMedics_KMA
The 2023 #NobelPrize laureates in physics are being recognised for their experiments, which have given humanity new tools for exploring the world of electrons inside atoms and molecules.
Pierre Agostini, Ferenc Krausz and Anne L’Huillier have demonstrated a way to create extremely short pulses of light that can be used to measure the rapid processes in which electrons move or change energy.
The laureates’ contributions have enabled the investigation of processes that are so rapid they were previously impossible to follow.
