@RoyalMail still waiting for my very important cold chain parcel after 2 failed attempts of delivery to work.… but 9pm at night !!! Despite me leaving a note and waiting till 7 pm, time slots obviously mean nothing !! Now 43 mins waiting on phone to speak to a human !!

And today still no parcel despite saying they will bring it today.. no time slot, no email and ‘do not call us’ warning on the app ..ffs, never again I’ll go back to DPD 😏

@RoyalMail absolute shambles!!! Ordered next day delivery for a large amount of medical supplies (including cold chain items) for my clinic. Initial notice was for delivery between 10am -2 pm, did it arrive? nope!! 8 pm at night they decide to rock up and I had left !!!
