🚨 DRUNK DRIVER RUNS OVER TWO WOMEN WITH BMW IN DOWNTOWN DENVER 🚨

Cesario Serrato, 56, was arrested on June 14, 2026, after allegedly plowing his BMW into two women downtown. Witnesses say he ran a red light, hit at least two females, and dragged one under the car.

Despite police yelling for him to stop and people screaming that a woman was trapped underneath, he allegedly stepped on the gas, leaving a trail of blood before officers finally got the keys out of the vehicle.

Emergency responders and bystanders had to flip the car off the second victim. She was rushed to the hospital and is reportedly in critical condition fighting for her life.

Cesario was out on a $0 PR bond at the time of this incident from another incident on 2/15/26. He has numerous cases open in Denver County Court.

He also has a prior criminal history involving drunk driving, fraud, and weapons charges.

Video footage circulating shows the chaotic scene but it is too graphic to share.
