@Thefrugalgay11 Buyers all the time … I watch them gloss over the “bones” n concentrate on the “new” counter. I want to do the bones first ( new HVAC n a moisture issue … err it’s a lot! Just feeling overwhelmed by it cuz I also could just let it go As Is n walk 🤷‍♀️

@ChrisRamsey60 100% agree. As someone who overthinks n is a pessimist but found out that, indeed, activity breeds activity. My mind will spiral thinking/worrying about all the “what ifs” but I’ve learned to push through and it’s making a huge difference
