@OctopusEnergy @HelenClarex Hi Helen, I took have reported the same issue via email and via twitter and received two completely different answers?! My 7am reading has always been 20p MAX. My 7am readings since 1st April have been 90p plus !!! Something is very wrong x

@CupidstuntPPE @OctopusEnergy @ofgem I have just emailed @OctopusEnergy re the exact same. Since having a smart meter my AM readings have always been 19-21 pence at the time of waking up in the morning & checking it. This last 2 days my 7am morning readings have been 90p plus!!
