@TfL hello. Your journey planner is showing normal met line journey departure times STP - Wembley Park on Sun 25 Jan, but your closure pdf showing Met Line closed? Please could you advise which is correct? Thanks.
@Se_Railway Do you keep records of The Key downtimes? Happened a couple of weeks ago - but my Delay Repay was declined …. Because there were no taps in/out on my account. But wouldn’t have been, as I couldn’t load the ticket?
@sainsburys Again, I can’t ‘spend’ my @nectar points? Can you two get together & find out why this keeps happening? I haven’t purchased any restricted items - no alcohol/medicine/gift cards - nothing! It’s just £100+ of food each week 🤷♀️

@sainsburys So that means no-one getting a delivery on a Friday can get any Nectar offers?! Why do you have the release day on probably your busiest day of the week?
@sainsburys hello. nectar offers renew every Friday am. What happens with a delivery coming on a Friday? Do you get the offers still valid on the day before (Thursday)? Won’t be able to check/accept new Fri offers before the order is picked?
@nectar I’ve not been able to spend/use any nectar points for the last 2 weeks - error message on shop screen saying I can’t use it for this transaction? Is there a general problem? Never had an issue B4. Or is it not allowed on SmartShop anymore?
