I support this. Li Tim-Oi is a hugely significant figure who was an inspiration to many female clergy before the @churchofengland was willing to recognise our vocations. The Foundation that bears her name continues to do vital work
Lord Boateng & @DoverBishop speaking on Liturgy & Racial Justice @synod calling for action. My wife and I have been appealing for @churchofengland to recognise Florence Li Tim-Oi for 2 years! Please taken action and support this petition. @GenSyn

Great to hear Revd. @MarkNam speaking to @BBCBerkshire about the legacy and impact Florence Li Tim-Oi has had on the @churchofengland The interview runs from 1:10:18 - 1:25:52: https://t.co/eaxBO1yt9h
Wonderful to see Rev. Kaarina Leong helping others pursue their vocation within @churchofengland. We were able to offer Kaarina a book grant this year, in celebration of the 80th anniversary of Florence Li Tim-Oi's ordination and in partnership with @TheTeaHouse_UK
Absolutely brilliant to see Rev. Kaarina Leong join the committee for @UKMEOrdCur. Launched in 2021, the network supports and encourages UKME/GMH ordinands and curates in @churchofengland during their journey towards priesthood.

Let's be clear - bishops are backing much needed REFORMS to the CNC process on appointing diocesans - not simplifications, as it's euphemistically put by @churchofengland. Hopefully to out, among other things, the discrimination against female candidates https://t.co/58oyHht6mz
Congrats to those joining @TheTeaHouse_UK at @lampallib today to celebrate their 3rd anniversary. Our exec director Christina Rees is one of the guest speakers and will be connecting with some of the women we’ve supported this year as part of the 80th Anniversary celebrations.
… and now we are Three. Celebrating three years of The Teahouse at @lampallib. Make sure to follow us on social-media today to catch our special gathering. @AMENCofE@churchofengland
What a celebration! This past weekend, 3 ordinands of Chinese-heritage that we have been able to offer support were ordained deacon in @churchofengland: Rev. Joanne McCrone (@Joontheweb) Rev. @kaarinaleong and Rev. Yin-Yin Bull. So pleased to partner with @TheTeaHouse_UK in this.
Wonderful to see one of our trustees, Revd. @marknam installed as vicar of @stjohnswoodley in @oxforddiocese by the Bishop of Reading, the Rt Revd. @LiviJGraham. Wishing Mark and his family every blessing.
Wonderful news: Last week, we welcomed our new vicar, Rev. @marknam and his family to St. John's, Woodley. Over 200 people attended Mark's induction, institution & installation by @LiviJGraham.

Great to see Li Tim-Oi's legacy & inspiration stretching to all parts of @AnglicanWorld in this write up by @episcopal_news. All the more reason to sign the petition appealing to @churchofengland to include Florence in the Liturgical Calendar here: https://t.co/AFdCkDDuEK
A write up by @episcopal_news on the celebratory service for Li Tim-Oi at St. John's Cathedral in NYC. Her legacy is widespread, and we continue to hope that @churchofengland will include Florence in the liturgical calendar, as The Episcopal Church has.

‘The courage Florence had in her life was built on a place of personal prayer.’
Watch this moving story about Florence Li Tim-Oi, the first woman priest in the @AnglicanWorld, and how she drew her strength from her faith in God.
@thykingdom_come
Earlier this year, we partnered with @TheTeaHouse_UK for Li Tim-Oi's 80th Anniversary, and offered grants to women of Chinese-heritage training for ministry. @amytanmusic will now be going on to complete her curacy in @cofebirmingham.
