@marcushartman @TicketOpsProbz Exactly. One of my former employers had us submit a football game day media credential count to the ticket office to diligently help get to the final attendance number. We usually announced something like 2,000 over the stated capacity.

@W_Drehs I don’t think people outside of this area realize that Northwest Indiana is part of Chicagoland. It’s not unlike the Jets and Giants playing in New Jersey or the Chiefs soon to play in Kansas. Or if the Bengals hypothetically crossed the river to Kentucky and the Panthers to SC.

@ESPN_Schick Softball maintains its run rule through the NCAA tournament. I feel like it would be even more valuable in baseball where you save a couple of innings from your pitchers that could be better used later in the weekend.

@MattBrownEP I’m not sure they are using the right methodology though by looking at the full 14 weeks of the season and not just home game weeks. I feel like the correct figure should be about half of what is quoted?
