The following letter is being sent to the coroner who is investigating the death of oliver robinson.

It was found that olivers inability to pay for his medical cannabis was an aggravating factor in his death.

Oliver didn't need to pay for access to cannabis as he was already prescribed it. Cbpms are unlicensed medicines and the gmc registered consultant who gave it to him had a duty to continue his care after he had prescribed oliver an unlicensed medical product. This is set out in GMC regulations concerning the prescribing of unlicensed medicines regulation 105 - B.

Instead of continuing care as they should, olivers consultant was hidden away behind a contract of service that oliver would have had to sign to even get access to the cannabis. When signing this contract, oliver was not told that regulation 105B states that his consultant must upkeep care once an unlicensed medicine has been prescribed. This information was omitted from him so that the clinic could monetise his rights to care in order to profit from him and the 2018 law change. It is my belief that all patients have been subjected to these contracts that I believe are fraudulent due to omission of patient rights that they might not have signed away if they were informed. It is my belief that all patients have a regulated right to continuation of care from their consultant if already prescribed and should not be paying any money to both clinics and manufacturers due to regulation 105B.

Any consultant who does not continue your care for financial reasons should be reported to the GMC for breach of 105b and you should tell them you feel duped by the clinic contract you signed and that you feel that the clinic purposefully omitted your rights in order to ensnare you into paying for them. No financial barrier can stand between your consultant and continuation of care.

Now I first started going on about this in 2024. Nobody listened and the conditions that led to olivers manslaughter by gross negligence still exist today meaning somebody else could die. Try and look past your own vape and needs to see that. I emailed both the GMC and all active clinics in 2024 to make them aware of this contract fraud so they are aware they are doing it which helps fulfil the requirement to call it fraud.

Assert your rights and get your money back folks and change the system so people like oliver can continue their care when they most need it instead of being abandoned by their clinic and consultant and left to die alone, without care.

Curaleaf and olivers consultant- hang your heads in shame. Vile greedy behaviour that most clinics are committing against the poorly and the vulnerable.
