@svershbow I was too!! Watched “the tape” all the time! It was magical and such a cozy movie to have on. Another one similar I loved was Someone Like You with Ashley Judd.
The news is moving so fast, I feel behind every day. Impossible to catch up and actually get informed on even just the “biggest” news of the day. Anyone else?
I've really had it with @squarespace and not being able to have a real conversation with a person. So many problems I cannot solve with a bot. Live chats take forever and are not real people anyway. I am SO beyond frustrated. Never again
@bayareawriter This is great but not the majority from my experience. It’s one of the reasons I left PR. The chase became a popularity contest and small start ups rarely got the attention they deserved from journalists.
Reading a cover letter from someone who writes about his exercise routine and daily diet regime .... for a finance-related job. I can't make this stuff up! #HR
@TopangaVintage haha! Thanks @TopangaVintage ! It was fun working together. Seems like a lifetime ago! Hope all is well with you both and the business. PS hire a virtual assistant! 😉
Isn't it funny how you feel so reinvigorated after client calls, ready to go, get results, and amped up to do a good job....& then one week goes by, and most of that energy and motivation has disappeared?
Any ideas on how can I bottle that?🤔 #RandomThoughts#freelance#PR
@PRcarly Better relationships btw journos & #PR people from the start. Also, journos are just now understanding they need to better communicate exactly what they cover if they want more tailored pitches. Saying u cover 'tech' is not helpful. More specificity from the start would be great.
