Raised the issue to @JetBlue and they told me “you got a refund” but it’s been 28 days and the refund is still “in process” a company I respected is treating me so poorly! Who is in-house counsel? Who takes complaints?

Ultimately, I rebooked a one way connecting flight on Avianca. This unexpected expense is in addition to the stress of quick decisioning needed to salvage a trip that involved many vendors and third parties that would be impacted by my no show. @JetBlue

Having invested in accommodations, tours, transportation and excursions that were non-refundable at last minute- it was challenging to determine next steps. I had taken time off from work, hired childcare and made preparations that couldn’t be undone. @JetBlue doesn’t care!

I was scheduled to fly on July 18th from JFK to Cartagena Colombia. At 4:11am, approximately 5 hours prior to the slated departure time, @JetBlue notified me of a cancellation. No other aid or instructions were offered.
