- work in a toxic workplace, give notice/quit that job
- get fired from said toxic job prior to fulfilling my notice
- off to NYC x 5wks treating COVID inpatient cases... see things I want to forget
- back home, no work x >1 month

Saw something I’ve never seen today: vasopressor induced ischemia.
Also found calcified/secondary synovial chondromatosis on xray. Ortho is amazing and weird and I love it. #medtwitter #orthotwitter #orthopedics
