You are not “resisting” a policy you find politically unpalatable.

NO. You are not “resisting” any of that.

You claim to value democracy, yet you resist democracy. You claim to value institutions and standards, yet you resist those institutions and standards when the American people chose a path you disagree with.

The war in the Middle East is now hitting your dinner table.

Diesel prices are exploding.
Fishing ,one of the most fuel-dependent industries on Earth is becoming unprofitable overnight.

In Europe, some boats are now spending €30,000 a week on fuel — equal to the value of their entire catch.
That means zero income for crews.

And fleets are shutting down:
🇳🇱 Netherlands:
• ~50% of the fleet already idle
• 80–90% of beam trawlers stayed in port
🇹🇭 Thailand:
• Over 50% of trawlers docked
• Industry nearing standstill
🇮🇪 Ireland:
• 1/3 of fleet close to stopping
🇪🇸 🇮���� 🇫🇷 🇬🇧Europe:
• Widespread cutbacks
• “Critical economic situation”
🇺🇸 USA (Gulf shrimp fleet):
• Fuel costs up 54% in 3 months
• Boats considering shutdown
🇺🇸Alaska (major U.S. fishing region): Many fishermen report dramatic rises. One vessel owner said boat insurance is now about 4 times what it cost when she started (multi-year increase). Crew insurance jumped to more than twice what it was a few years ago — e.g., ~$500/month per crew member.

American fishing industry needs help.

This is just weeks into escalation.

👉 Diesel is already $9.29 per gallon in Europe.
That’s today.
What happens if oil hits $200 a barrel?

At that point:
• 50–80% of fleets could stop sailing
• Small operators wiped out
• Coastal economies collapse
* Widespread job losses for fishermen, processors, truckers, and port workers

And for YOU:
• Seafood prices could jump 30–100%+
• Imports get even more expensive
• Protein becomes harder to afford

This isn’t just an energy crisis.
This is a global food crisis in motion.
