Today is Wednesday, and a great day for @KYGOP, @GovAndyBeshar, @louisvillekygov and @RepThomasMassie to begin investigation (and shut-down) of @Riverlinktolls & their fraudulent billing practices and fleecing of KY, IN and other American citizens.

@KYGOP - you guys need to investigate and shut-down this company @riverlinktolls . They fraudulently bill people with late fees - on the FIRST bill you receive from them. They indeed (as @marykulwicki says) are a scam.

. @riverlinktolls is the biggest scam going. Disputed charges (never received bills in the first place) and they had late charges and they denied dispute. Then while waiting on the dispute, they added more late fees.

Yep...a very similar thing happened to me. @riverlinktolls is pathetic and fleeces citizens with their fraudulent billing practices. Class-action lawsuit again? They already lost one for $2.5mm back in 2016 - which settled in Feb. 2022.

@riverlinktolls is pathetic. They sent me a bill just a few months ago...for almost a year prior. PLUS...when the 1st bill came, it already had a late fee on it. I refuse to pay them any late fees. They lost a $2.5mm class action lawsuit in 2022 for this same scammy behavior.

1. Customer service phones won’t work
2. Can’t merge husband and wife accounts
3. Mysterious bills that have never been sent to us
4. 45+ minutes on two chat windows with no resolution
