Wandering Sword had a great way of adding replay value. After your run you get Inheritance points to spent for future runs and the better you perform the more points.
Then you can dump them into Martial art, life skills, cultivation, legacy starts and a good few other things.

You can start out from a nobody to the highest of levels from the get go and make your companions strong quick too with the knowledge of previous runs.
That coupled together with hard gameplay was 10/10
