@stevemagness Study defined heat as 37.8 +/- 0.5. Vs the controls which trained at 13-16C
So train at 99F vs 60F...
I think the study would have been more helpful if they compared 99f to 85-90F, which is where many of run/ride in summer. I’m sure there probably wouldn’t be much of a difference

To answer @AnnYoungMD question about if you had extra urine, would you send the culture...if we didn’t, and the kid comes back on day 6 of fever...
