@operationdanish 🤣 What a terrible, ill advised, uninformed, and ignorant take. I haven't seen season 2 yet, but season 1 was pretty spot on. Not everything was done in a single shift, but all of those things are done. You don't know what you don't know.
Great work by our collaborators in Houston, part of our recently and simultaneously published TCT late-breaker in #JACC journals, demonstrating the single-center quality-improvement impact of Queen of Hearts!

Queen of Hearts #AI reduces false activations by 5-fold while increasing sensitivity using only initial #ECG at triage!
@Rick_Pescatore Yeesh. Hot take. I usually like your takes but this one does a disservice to patients that I see everyday. It is possible to remain nonjudgmental AND help your patients by counseling them appropriately.
@Rick_Pescatore Like everything in medicine, it's a delicate balance. I find that residents consistently fail to consider this diagnosis and over-image. Failure to make the diagnosis does the patient zero favors and potentially is harmful. On the other hand, premature closure is problematic.
