@Magnolia5280@BianchiWeather @Marshall9News Yep and it’s cold…food and refrigerated meds will go bad, and Xcel bills are already through the roof so you’d think they could hire enough linemen to fix when they claim to be “storm ready.” FFS.
Per @XcelEnergyCO 42,000 people without power for over 9 hours. Xcel’s Outage Map continues to indicate “Assessing Damage” without an estimated restoration time. #denverWx#nopower
@Liannephillips @fitbit It’s a huge issue and support is a joke. The app is worthless if all of the exercise data disappears and therefore all of the other data is inaccurate
@FitbitSupport@dhwinston Stop telling people this. There’s a glitch in the app and data is disappearing and “premium” is worthless without the data. When will you all be fixing the app and ensuring the data is correctly restored?
@SkeetBudge @fitbit @youtubemusic Yep. Data is disappearing and changing arbitrarily so I’m not sure what paying for “premium” is doing for anyone. No timeline to fix or support. Time to switch to Garmin or Apple. Bummer that Fitbit did this.
@FitbitSupport Your response is not helpful. I’ve done all of this. Your response says you’re aware of the issue and there’s no timeline to fix it. So why are we paying for “premium” if it doesn’t work?
@FitbitSupport iOS app suddenly not connecting to all of the manual exercise I’ve entered for months. That affects everything else because it reduces calories burned. As you can see it still looks like I exercised but the info is gone if I click on it. What’s going on?
