@calgarytransit Please stop allowing bicycles, tricycles, and shopping carts on the bus during peak times. They unnecessarily hog up the limited disability seating, which I need because I can’t stand on a moving bus since my cancer treatments.
@calgarytransit #3 SB, #7906, just saying, driver let an obviously drunk person board carrying an open beer. He almost fell on me and then spilled his beer a foot away from a baby in a stroller. Drivers should be a bit more discerning maybe. Bus also needs a clean now.
@calgarytransit This screenshot shows where the App told me to meet my bus Vs where the bus stop actually was. This misdirection caused me to miss a bus that only comes every 30 min. Please fix the App. Also the new App fails to include the stop numbers…
@TransitCalgary Bus #8050 on the route 3 NB AT 1950. Driver wasn’t even looking, slammed the door in my face and started driving away, while I banged on the front door waking down the road as she drove, until she finally let me on. Not cool!!!
@Uber_Support This keeps happening. The app ignores where I have placed the pin and tries to send to some other place instead. I keep having to text drivers to tell them where I really am. This glitch is making the app unreliable.
@calgarytransit #3 driver let's a guy on without a mask who's coughing and sneezing and dripping. As he staggers down the aisle wiping his nose on his hands, gripping every pole as he goes, the only other masked rider pulls a mask out of her purse and hands it to him quietly.
@Uber_Support Hey, how about adding “offensive proselytizing” as a reason for having an issue with a driver? I’m about to give my driver 1/5 (can I give 0 stars please?), for forcing his religion on me with his choice of radio station.
@calgarytransit #3 just drove away at the stop across from the Beddington Conmunity Centre. Maybe drivers should look before being so fast to pull out. I’d give you the stop number but the signs been defaced for 4 years and you won’t fix it.
@auntclarisssah@UberEats@Grubhub@DoorDash That’s kind of evil. It they actually allowed us to give feedback, I’d give feedback that there are many other good delivery services and you’ll switch to someone else if they don’t treat you fairly. Skip seems to treat me the best.
@Uber_Support You seriously need to tell drivers to turn on the dome light when it’s dark out. I can’t see to get my stuff into the car or get in myself. Also just now a driver grabbed my possessions, since I was fumbling, instead of just turning on the light. Not impressed.

@Uber_Support I’m only saying you need to make free-type feedback on a trip possible on the App. I don’t have time to hunt support down on Twitter when support itself needs to be integral to the App
@Uber Recently a driver stopped for gas before dropping me off when he could have easily done it after. He said it was more convenient. We need the ability to leave specific comments, not just pick from a list.
An outside party helped me get in and reset my email in the game, and I was able to play until February, using my new email. But now the game has somehow reverted back to the old email and won’t send me a verification code.
@EA I need a human agent, not a bot, to help fix my TSTO game. I haven’t been able to log in and play for over a month. The website help area offers no way to request help. I’ve tried reporting this issue multiple times over the past months and everyone refuses to help.
In Sept my husband died and my internet provider cut me off and closed all my accounts. I lost my email account immediately without access to the old one. Your system wouldn’t let me change my email without access to the old one, but I have no access to it.
