But the rebels are just the dregs that naturally occur in any society because some people just dont want to work or want chaos or fixate on envy even if well off.

Most that repeat it just have animosity to religion in general anyway, or their parents anyway, and from there any inconvenience justifies blaming the religion for it. Nicene Creed is extra-biblical political fiat yet many assert that it is the most important metric for defining Christian or not, not the Bible itself.

The Book of Mormon is another witness of Christ, a third Testament.

They must repent of that sin in the next life before Judgement. God can account for the mental illness and judge them with mercy, but none the less, whst they do IS wrong.
