@HSBC_UK @_Brewer_ I’m fed up of private messaging and all you can do it pass on a message, how about someone from disputes calls ME about the claim if they have questions and an update and doesn’t just tell me it takes 90 days!

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@HSBC_UK @_Brewer_ So all apparently sorted yesterday and now I’ve got ANOTHER request to send the same info - just fascial!! Terrible way to run a company!

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@ForestryEngland I purchased tickets for today but haven’t received the email, westonbirt say I can’t get in with just an order number - what can I do as you have my money?!

[Aldi Stores UK @AldiUK]

See what happens when Kevin and his vegetable friends visit William Conker’s Christmas Factory in our 2023 Christmas Ad 🎄 #AldiAmazingChristmas #KevinTheCarrot

@PostOffice @RoyalMail awful
Service, posted a tracked delivery two weeks ago and still hasn’t left the post office and I’ve lost a chance of a refund from the company I was sending it to now..no wonder our mail service is in trouble!

Love my this! Little lads hands against dads hands!

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@marksandspencer How should she contact you when you charge her a fortune to call you before? how else can she contact you?

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@marksandspencer I’d like to know why you feel it’s justified to charge my elderly mother £12 to call you and £6 when you text her twice when you gave her parcel to someone else (ever heard of data protection?!) and she was advised to call you as no one in store could help her?!

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@BootsHelp This has been sent, thanks

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@BootsUK your website is horrendous! None of your E-mail contact links are working and I can’t get hold of anyone on the phone - please advise what I should do about the item you sent which is wrong?!

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@RegattaOutdoors what’s the point in having a contact email for refunds, say you respond in 72 hours but repeatedly ignore the messages and still haven’t refunded after receiving the parcel 20 days ago? #Disgraceful

[Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children @GreatOrmondSt]

As part of our Christmas celebrations, GOSH nurse Beth Porch recorded her favourite Christmas song for us 👇 🎶 Isn't it lovely? 😍

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@_Brewer_ Just to point out I didn’t drink during pregnancy either 😂😂😂

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@_Brewer_ And raising a 6 week old!

[Laura Brewer @LauPitcher]

@_Brewer_ Very rude… but I’ll forgive him because he’s so darn cute!!
