Is it usual practice to leave a disabled woman for up to 48 hours with no access to her life line? As that is what we’re being told!! Disgusting service! @virginmedia

@virginmedia this should be dealt with as an emergency.. if anything was to happen to her while her life line system is down YOU will be responsible for that! Please can you explain why this isn’t being dealt with immediately?
