I toured the Metro C-Line extension and observed the differences between several proposed routes. I favor the original plan, which is the least expensive and fastest to build. Thank you to the @metrolosangeles staff for the tour.

There are two problems: 1) the sealant caused the lanes to be too slippery. 2) the pedestrian traffic caused conflicts. I agree there is a solution. Changing the ordinance will also have to happen. All are possible.

I found a 2019 article where the developer (Pustilnikov) talks about his plans for the power plant, and 1) NIMBY-in-chief Bill Brand was praising him; and 2) Pustilnikov was saying he'd build less housing than prior developers had tried to build
