@VirginAtlantic your multi trip bookings on your website hasn’t been working for days. Just get an error message every time when loading the flights. But flights that you are operating all available to book on your partner sites such as KLM Air France and delta?
@OctopusEnergy I was promised an update this afternoon. Still haven’t had an update from over 24 hours ago but messages on here are getting picked up in less than an hour ? I can’t make sense of it. This has been going on for over a week now
@OctopusEnergy at what point the following day should I be able to see my export Total in the app? I also sent a DM over 24 hours ago and chased an update to no reply.
@Natnat1176453 How do I do that? It’s crazy the delivery driver dropped the drink over my entire order I had pictures to show everything was sodden with the driver stood at the door . And two items were missing and I got nothing back.

@Uber_Support I’ve sent a few DM messages chasing a refund that has never arrived . Please can you let me know why it’s not been received before I contact my bank for a chargeback
@UberUKI_Support How do I submit a formal complaint otherwise I’ll escalate to a bank charge back as your customer service team on the app keep copying and pasting replies
@OctopusEnergy the app has updated overnight and just crashes when it opens - have seen several reports of this is it being fixed ? Have tried to delete and re install but no luck
