One of the best things we started doing with @CrossUnitedSFL was partnering with the local elementary school. We started with giving all 98 teachers and staff members a Chick-fil-A gift card with a hand-written thank you note from someone in our church.

@JetBlue Unfortunately they just keep saying the ramp is closed, and have given no time frame for baggage being moved from planes to the baggage claim carousels. We’ve heard the same baggage is delayed because ramp is closed message for almost three hours…we can’t be the only flight now
