This was misleading & confusing from @WHO.
What we know: people are contagious before they exhibit symptoms. Some estimate 40% of transmission occurs from people who do not have symptoms at time of exposure.
Asymptomatic transmission is what makes #covid19 so hard to contain.
Working to end food insecurity in the U.S. should not be a partisan issue.
Making sure kids have enough food to be healthy should not be a partisan issue.
Temporarily increasing SNAP benefit amounts during this ongoing crisis should not be a partisan issue.
