@zenbrainest yes I am tracking these too and look forward to the result. But as you know, most these drug combinations are not optimal - trazadone, for example, is prescribed as sleeping aid because of its H1 (and a-1?) properties -it is difficult to have a subjective effect if you are sleep!

@zenbrainest keep in mind that 5HT2a in an "active brain" mostly modulates other ongoing activity so context and/or what pathways and synapses are engaged matters to this modulation
