@currys Terrible service. Waiting since Saturday for the complaints team to call me back. Called twice and still no response. Delivery didn’t turn up Saturday as driver ran out of driving hours (apparently not an isolated incident). Then had to wait till Tuesday for my delivery!

A year ago we met on intensive care when I was a physio student. He couldn’t sit without AO3 and couldn’t communicate. Today he is part of my Exercise Referral Scheme after an amazing (and surprising) recovery from his TBI with diffuse axonal injury! 1/2
