Day 1 of IASSIDD was a success with 9 presentations from IDS-TILDA and TCAID! 🧠📊 Topics included Building Circles of Support, Health Disparities in Ageing Women with Intellectual Disabilities, Enhancing Accessibility for Post-Diagnostic Dementia Support, and Measuring Intergenerational Change in 40-49 Year Olds with Intellectual Disabilities.
We also had a collaborative symposium on Aging Across Continents, featuring insights from Ireland and Australia 🌍, and a symposium on Cancer Screening in people with intellectual disabilities, with contributions from Australia, the UK, the Netherlands, and Ireland. 🌏🤝
